Aerial video shows ruptured chemical tank in Washington

Drone footage shows a ruptured chemical tank containing hazardous liquid in the US state of Washington which imploded at a packaging facility, resulting in at least one death with nine others still unaccounted for. Several vehicles were overturned in the incident.
