Singer Linda Ronstadt, known as the Taylor Swift from another generation, endorsed Kamala Harris and Tim Walz and said she's worried about keeping the 'rapist' out of the White House. In a statement, issued Wednesday, the singer said Trump would be holding a rally in her hometown

-- at a rented hall. "I would prefer to ignore that sad fact. But since the building has my name on it, I need to say something.
It saddens me to see the former president bring his hate show to Tucson, a town with deep Mexican-American roots and a joyful tolerant spirit," she wrote.
Linda said she hates Trump's toxic politics, his hatred for women, immigrants and people of color, his criminality, dishonesty and ignorance.
"Trump first ran for President warning about rapists coming in from Mexico. I'm worried about keeping the rapist out of the White House," the statement read.
The singer added a post script for JD Vance. "I raised two adopted children in Tucson as a single mom. They are both grown and living in their own houses. I live with a cat. Am I half a childless cat lady because I'm unmarried and didn't give birth to my kids? Call me what you want but this cat lady will be voting proudly in November for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz," it added.
Both the iconic singers made it a point to include the references of the 'childless cat lady' in their endorsement posts. While Taylor signed off as a childless cat lady and posed with her cat Benjamin Button, Linda too poste her photo with her cat. Donald Trump's running mate JD Vance earlier criticized Democrat leaders like Kamala Harris as 'childless cat lady'. When the old comment surfaced after he was nominated as the Republican VP candidate, he watered it down by saying that he had nothing against cats or those who could not become parents -- his target was those who choose to remain childless, he said.
