Kamala Harris' husband Doug speaks out about Kamala's motherhood.
After 'childless cat ladies' row, Gov Sarah Sanders recently attacked Kamala Harris as she said the vice president does not have her biological children to keep her grounded. Kamala Harris not having her own child has remained a topic of discussion since she replaced Joe Biden in the presidential race. Her step children Cole and Emma have spoken about this earlier and now her husband
Doug Emhoff
put and end to this slander as he said women in this country will never humble themselves before Donald Trump.
"As if keeping women humble, whether you have children or not, is something we should strive for. It is not," Kamala Harris' husband Doug Emhoff said at a campaign event in Brooklyn,
Doug said Sarah's attack was unbelievable. "Kamala sure kept Trump humble at the debate. Didn't she? Because that's what it is really about. There is nothing more important to me than Kamala, Kirsten and our kids and our beautiful. big, blended family. We know that all parent, no matter how you become one, make the same sacrifices and revel in the same joys -- raising children as any parent, anywhere."
"But none of this really affects Kamala. Everything just bounces off off her. I think we should all follow her advice which she give me every single day which is 'Get back out there because we gotta win and don't be distracted because so much of this nonsense is to distract us'," Doug said.
Doug's ex-wife is also a staunch supporter of Kamala Harris and asserts that Cole and Ella are Kamala's children too as they stayed with Kamala and Doug after they married -- years after Doug and Kerstin's divorce. "Cole and Ella keep us inspired to make the world a better place. I do it through storytelling. Kamala Harris has spent her entire career working for the people, ALL families. That keeps you pretty humble," she said.
