Barzani says Iraqi Kurdistan wants peace as regional tensions rise

The prime minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government in northern Iraq says he’s consistently sought to stay out of conflicts erupting across the Middle East. Speaking to Al Jazeera, Masrour Barzani says despite being targeted 1,000 times during the US war on Iran, the KRG is wanting to preserve stability through peaceful solutions.
