NEW DELHI:
Lucy Letby
, the
baby-killer nurse
on Friday lost a bid to
appeal
against her conviction to serve whole life in prison.
Appeal judge Victoria Sharp announced in the court that Letby's application which argues on the four points, has been refused.
Letby had put forward four grounds of appeal, each of which involved the submission that the trial judge wrongly refused applications she made during the trial at Manchester crown court.
"Having heard her application, we have decided to refuse leave to appeal on all grounds and refuse all associated applications. A full judgment will be handed down in due course.," said Sharp.
