Flowers have been left in the street where the bodies of three children and a man were found.

Surrey Police said it was called by the ambulance service to Bremer Road, Spelthorne, at about 13:15 BST on Saturday.

Neighbours have said a young family with twins lived at the house and a floral tribute outside reads: "Rest in peace little ones. We will always think of you."

The force said it was investigating and has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), due to previous contact with those involved.
