Like in 2016, Donald Trump's naked statue is back ahead of the election. This time it is a 43-ft nude statue titled "crooked and obscene" placed in a barricaded lot next to Interstate 15 north of Las Vegas. The statue portrays a frowning Donald Trump with arms attached to strings like puppet. The statue is made of foam-covered metal rebar and weights about 6,000 pounds according to The Wrap.
The statue will now tour across the United States as part of the "Crooked and Obscene Tour". The tour organizers not named by the Wrap said portraying Trump in the nude is "intentional, serving as a bold statement on transparency, vulnerability and the public personas of political figures".
"They also aim to spark conversation about “transparency—or lack thereof—in politics, challenging viewers to think critically about political influence,” according to the organizers.
In 2016, Joshua "Ginger" Monroe was hired at the art collective INDECLINE to create five life-size naked statues of Trump as part of a project called, "The Emperor has no Balls". The statues were put up without permits at location in Seattle, New York City, Cleveland, Los Angeles and San Francisco and were soon removed by police.
Many MAGA supporters blamed the liberals for erecting the statue and also pointed out Left's design in placing it near the site of Kamala Harris' Las Vegas rally.
Some reports said 'protesters' erected the statue without identifying who the protesters are.
People are taking photos of the statue and selfie with that. "Of course it's a statement but there's no text saying anything about Trump. It's an interesting piece of art -- a way of portraying him," a passer-by commented
