Donald Trump says immigration arrest numbers are 'too f**king low'; Tom Homan is not satisfied either

Donald Trump want more arrests of illegal immigrants.

President Donald Trump is not satisfied with the number of Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests that have been made in the first three weeks of his administration, reports claimed, though he openly said that the border officials are doing an incredible job. Citing a source, NewsNation reported that Trump told his aides that he wants more arrests.
ICE made 787 arrests per day from January 23 to 31, about 11,000 arrests in the last 18 days.
Tom Homan Tuesday said he was not happy with the number and said there are leaks. If you look at the rest of interior enforcement three times higher than it was a year ago today. Three times higher is good, but I’m not satisfied. There are more criminal aliens that need to be arrested, hundreds of thousands,” he added. “Sanctuary cities are putting roadblocks up. We’ve got leaks. So we need to increase the arrests of illegal aliens, especially those with criminal convictions. So we’re going to continue.”

How informational about ICE raids is leaked

Tom Homan said he is closing in on the individual believed to be responsible for leaking the details of an upcoming ICE operation as what reportedly happened in Aurora, Colorado tipping off gang members. The leaked information reportedly allowed members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua to evade capture last week and about 30 people were taken into custody.

"You’re putting officers' lives at risk. It’s only a matter of time before we walk into a place where there’s going to be a bad guy (who) doesn’t care. He’s going to be sitting in wait to ambush an officer. This is not a game," Tom Homan said.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem accused the FBI of leaking the information. "The FBI is so corrupt," Noem wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. "We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law."
Attorney General

Pam Bondi

said the justice department will go after those who are leaking the information of raids.
