Emergency services called to high school

Emergency services including police and ambulance have been called to a high school.

There are reports students at Thorpe St Andrew High School on Laundry Lane, near Norwich, are under lockdown conditions.

Norfolk Police said: "Police are on scene at an incident in Thorpe St Andrew. Laundry Lane is currently closed."

Broad Horizons Education Trust, which the school is a part of, told the BBC it was looking into the situation but was unable to comment further at this stage.

The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
