Breakfast show host James, whom Swift invited to the wedding live on his programme, also confirmed he was there, external, posting on Instagram on Saturday: "Just&t to say: true to her word, of course the invitation arrived and of course I couldn't tell anyone.
"And oh my god, what an unbelievably brilliant night."
He also indicated that he was feeling the after-effects of a big night of partying, writing: "I am currently experiencing the world's greatest hangover and unable to reply to the hilarious number of messages I have received over the last 24 hours."
James wasn't the only one apparently suffering from a few too many drinks after the wedding.
The actress and singer Suki Waterhouse posted a story on Sunday, with the Francis Bacon quote: "I often work best with a hangover because my mind is crackling with energy and I can think very clearly."
Another track had a Swift song over one of her images, while she also shared a carousel of photos from her time in New York, including a selfie of her in a silver gown in a car, with the caption: "NYC, land of love."
While Waterhouse didn't say she was definitely at the wedding, she had previously confirmed she was on the guestlist for her friend Swift's wedding earlier this year in an interview with Variety, external.
"I'm gonna go to Taylor's wedding, and maybe I'll get some inspiration," she said, in a reference to her own upcoming nuptials to Robert Pattinson. "It will be amazing."
Other stars who took to social media to share photos of their outfits include Severance actor Adam Scott, who posted a picture of himself, external with fellow actor Paul Rudd along with the caption "T&T" and two love hearts.
Actress Niecy Nash posted a video, external of her car journey to Madison Square Gardens alongside her wife, singer-songwriter, Jessica Betts, along with photos of herself in a strapless floor-length blue gown.
"The Betts pulled up to the Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift wedding. A time was had. The love in the room was palpable," she wrote.
"Wowwwwwww is the best way to describe it. From beginning to end, no detail was spared! Congrats! Welcome to the club!"
Music video director Joseph Kahn, who helmed a number of Swift's videos including Bad Blood and Look What You Made Me Do, also took to Instagram over the weekend to say he had had a "wonderful" time at the wedding.
"I got to meet Steven Spielberg and the lovely Kate Capshaw and talk filmmaking with the GOAT (lifelong dream achieved)," he revealed.
"What I will say about the wedding was it was so much funnier and emotional than expected, and as big as it was, it also felt very intimate. And yes, literally everyone was there," he said, adding that it was "like living in the internet".
Other A-list attendees seen either entering or leaving the wedding included Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, Hugh Grant, Gracie Abrams, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Tom Hanks, Millie Bobby Brown, Ellie Goulding, Graham Norton and Dakota Johnson.
Many more drove straight in and out, away from the view of media and photographers.
Other rumoured names include Sabrina Carpenter, Jennifer Lawrence, Lana Del Rey, Lena Dunham, Emma Stone, the Haim sisters, Sir Paul McCartney, Zoe Kravitz, Stevie Nicks, Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Greta Gerwig.
A number of other stars have posted big hints that they were there including the actress and singer-songwriter Toni Collette, who posted a picture of herself, external in a floral sleeveless dress set to Swift's Paper Rings. She later responded to the post from Adam Scott saying it had "been so good to see you guys. What a night!"
The look was echoed by fellow actress and singer Fergie, who captioned a photo, external of herself looking glamorous against a New York background: "Got to play dress up in Vintage Christian Dior by Galliano & celebrate love."
Meanwhile, country singer Maren Morris shared a number of videos, external on her Instagram of a group of guests travelling together in their finest outfits while singing Swift track Love Story, alongside the caption, one of the song's lyrics, "baby just say yes".
The photos end with an image that some of the other guests might also be able to relate to, showing her sitting in a blanket on a plane with dark sunglasses on.
"24 hours of chaos and now I can sleep," she wrote.
The pair celebrated their wedding at New York's Madison Square Gardens on Friday evening in a ceremony officiated by actor Adam Sandler.
