At least one person has been killed in an attack on a school in the southern Austrian city of Graz, Austrian media reported.
Police said that an operation was underway in Dreierschützengasse street due to reports of gunshots.
The ORF public broadcaster said that several people had been severely injured in the attack, citing a police spokesperson as saying that there may have also been fatalities. It reported that the suspected gunmen, thought to be a student at the school, had killed himself at the scene of the shooting.
The Kronen Zeitung daily reported that at least five people were killed in the attack.
