Kai Cenat has made it pretty clear that he wants his GTA 6 experience to be completely fresh. During his August 22, 2026 livestream, the Twitch star was asked about claims linking him to GTA 6 leaks.
His answer was simple: he has not seen any of them. Cenat said he is too “committed to the actual game” to follow leaked material, despite viewers bringing up an alleged message connected to leaker CyberLeek. The whole thing comes as GTA 6 is set to release in November 2026. Cenat is not just planning to play it casually either. He has already said he wants to become the “first person ever in the world” to 100% the game. And if his previous comments are anything to go by, he plans to spend a serious amount of time doing exactly that.
Kai Cenat says he has avoided every GTA 6 leak
During the livestream, Cenat noticed his Twitch chat mentioning that a GTA 6 leaker had allegedly talked about him. The claim came after alleged Telegram messages from August 21 circulated on X, saying Cenat, IShowSpeed and Adin Ross had already played GTA 6 and supposedly had contracts to promote the game.Those messages, however, were later called fake. An X Community Note stated that the Telegram account being shared was not CyberLeek’s real account, saying, “The others are impostors.”
Cenat's own response was that he had not even looked at a single GTA 6 leak. He explained that he was “committed to the actual game” and wanted to experience it properly.That makes his approach pretty clear. Whatever leaked material is floating around, Cenat says he is staying away from it until the actual game arrives.
Cenat wants to 100% GTA 6 before anyone else
The bigger plan is even more ambitious. Cenat told his viewers that he wants to be the first person in the world to complete GTA 6 at 100%. He asked his chat whether they believed he could do it, then made one thing clear: he wants to take his time and play “at a pace that is natural and pure.”This is not a new obsession for him. On August 6, a clip from his Just Chatting stream showed Cenat talking about the day GTA 6 finally releases. He said he did not know when he would get off-stream once the game dropped and claimed he would have “unlimited time” to play it.He also told viewers they should play the game themselves when it arrives and simply “go and enjoy GTA 6.” For Cenat, the plan seems pretty straightforward: no leaks, no rushing through someone else’s footage, and a huge grind once the real game is finally available.
