The fire broke out on an industrial estate near Wythenshawe hospital
A large lorry fire has broken out on an industrial estate, the fire service has said.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said its firefighters were tackling a blaze "involving heavy goods vehicles" on Ennis Close, Wythenshawe.
GMFRS said "residents are advised to keep their windows and doors closed and to avoid the area".
The fire is on the Roundthorn insustrial estate near Wythenshawe Hospital.
