ICC seeks arrest warrants for leaders of Israel and Hamas

Israel and Hamas are both condemning a decision by the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor to seek arrest warrants for their leaders. Israel says the application is a crime of historic proportion, while Hamas claims the warrants equate the victims with the executioner.
