Elon Musk was seen with Ashley St Clair who claimed to be the mother of his 13th child -- in a 2023 photo.

Ashley St Clair
who recently claimed that Elon Musk is the father of her five-month-old son has now sued the Tesla CEO seeking sole custody of the child which Musk didn't acknowledge. The Conservative influencer filed a pair of petitions in the Manhattan Supreme Court Friday seeking to officially recognize Elon as the father of her baby that she claimed she and Musk conceived during a January 2024 trip to St Barths. She asked the court to issue an order requiring Elon Musk to submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father.
In a separate custody petition, St Clair claimed that Musk was not present for the child’s birth and has only met the baby on three occasions — twice in Manhattan, where she lives, and once in Texas. Musk has also never asked to see the baby, nor asked for photos of him, the custody filing alleged.
Clair attaches text exchanges with 'EM' in paternity petition
Ashley attached text exchanges with 'EM' in her lawsuit.
In the paternity petition, Clair shared a photo of herself and her newborn -- which is her second child -- in a hospital bed. “All well?,” the person whose name is saved on her phone as 'EM' wrote. “He is perfect,” St. Clair responded. “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” EM replied, adding, “Falling asleep. How [sic] the recovery goes well.”
Ashley produced another exchange where EM said he was getting "credible death threats everyday". “That’s why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E," Clair wrote.
In another message, the EM wrote. "I want to knock you up again". When St Clair, in a later message, asked EM to meet in person, he responded with "Hmm ok" adding, "Well, I do have a legion of kids to make."
As Elon Musk has taken up the major role as the chief of the Department of Government Efficiency, St Clair's claims make a jarring impact on Elon Musk's private life as he seems to be dating Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis who share three children -- twins Strider and Azure and another whose details have not been revealed.
Clair claimed that Elon Musk "slid into my DMs" in May 2023 and posted photos with Elon Musk in which Musk was seen at Twitter's (now X) San Francisco headquarters with Clair and her then-boss Seth Dillon, the CEO of Babylon satire website Bee. Clair and Dillon went to interview Musk in San Francisco. Clair said the romance began after the interview when Elon messaged her: 'Feel like going to Providence (Rhode Island) tonight?" Their romance, according to Clair, continued until she became pregnant and Musk instructed her to not disclose her pregnancy. She was given a luxurious apartment and a large security detail -- all courtesy to Musk.
What did Elon Musk say about Ashley?
While Elon Musk and Ashley engaged in commenting on each other's posts on social media, Elon Musk did not maintain a complete silence over this new controversy but only gave his one-word reaction 'whoa' to a post which accused Clair of plotting for years to "ensnare" Elon Musk.
"Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?" St Clair wrote after Elon interacted with a social media speculation.
