Both remain in custody.
Officers were called to reports of a fight on Tuesday evening, where Sullivan was found with fatal stab injuries and died at the scene. A second man in his 20s was also discovered nearby with stab wounds, though his injuries were not life-threatening.
Victim remembered as ‘bright and talented’
Sullivan’s father, Christopher, paid an emotional tribute, describing his only son as “exceptional” and full of promise.“He was the most beautiful, loving boy… he had a very bright future,” he said, adding that his son had gone to the park simply to use a camera he had recently received as a birthday gift. The 21-year-old had aspirations of following in the footsteps of his grandfather, noted cinematographer Michael Seresin, and had plans to start a creative venture with his father.
