A man who was part of a group of pedestrians struck by a car in Nottinghamshire has died in hospital.
Five pedestrians were struck by a Vauxhall Astra in Market Place, Arnold, shortly before 01:10 BST on Saturday.
Tyler Fairman, 26, sustained life-threatening injuries and pronounced dead on Tuesday, Nottinghamshire Police said.
Duane Anthony was arrested and charged with five counts of attempted murder on Monday. The 40-year-old was additionally charged with aggravated vehicle taking, driving while disqualified and driving without valid insurance.
Anthony is next due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on 8 June.
Det Ch Insp Ruby Burrow, who is leading the investigation, said: "As we release the sad news of Tyler's death, our first thoughts go to his family and loved ones at this difficult time.
"Both they and the other people injured or affected by this collision continue to be supported by specially trained police officers."
