A man who admitted stalking Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole has been jailed for 16 weeks.
Daniel Bannister, 50, of no fixed address, targeted the pop star, who uses the stage name Cheryl, while she was living in Buckinghamshire.
He had admitted harassment, breaching a restraining order, and attempting to breach a restraining order, at an earlier hearing at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court.
District Judge Arvind Sharma has also imposed an indefinite restraining order on Bannister.
