Rubio says ‘significant progress’ made in US-Iran negotiations

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says ‘significant progress’ has been made on a framework aimed at stopping Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and keeping the Strait of Hormuz open. He told reporters in New Delhi that the world could soon hear ‘good news’.
