Sean "Diddy" Combs was convicted of a prostitution-related felony on Wednesday but acquitted of the far more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
After an seven-week trial, he was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The hip-hop mogul held his hands up in a prayer after the verdict was read, looking at jury and hugged his defense lawyer Teny Geragos.
He faces a maximum 10-year prison sentence on each of the two prostitution counts.Combs has been held in federal lockup in Brooklyn since his September 2024 arrest.
