EXPERT INTERVIEWS – Over the past two and a half months, as the U.S. has upended long-standing policies and assumptions about America’s role in the world, The Cipher Brief has spoken to experts and former officials in several countries that have been profoundly affected by the changes. From North America to Europe to Asia, these shifts in the U.S. economic and geopolitical posture have produced high anxiety in many corners of the world, and different countries are responding in different ways.
In this special report, The Cipher Brief publishes excerpts from some of our most recent interviews with experts from a half dozen countries: Canada, Germany, Poland, Estonia, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.
