A purported audio of a 911 call has been viral claiming that a

Venezuelan gang

of 32 people took over an apartment complex in

Chicago

. The purported call was made by the residents of the apartment. "6124 S King: caller says 32 Venezuelans are trespassing in the building, they are showing guns in the courtyard and they have motorcycles in the courtyard as well, all stairwells are filled," the caller said but according to reports the officers were unable to apprehend any subjects marching the description.
The alleged incident took place after a video of armed men 'taking over' an apartment in

Colorado

sent shockwaves with former president Donald Trump commenting on it.

Aurora mayor Mike Coffman confirmed that two apartment buildings in Colorado were taken over by migrants in an organized criminal effort.

Colorado Police said the apartments have not been 'taken over' but it is suspected that Tren De Aragua gang is active in the area. Colorado Gov Jared Polis too dismissed the news and said it was "imagination". “But, according to police intelligence this purported invasion is largely a feature of Danielle Jurinsky’s imagination," the Guv's office said. Danielle Jurinsky is the Aurora City Councilwoman.

After Colorado, as the news of a similar incident came from Chicago, residents of Chicago took to social media and warned Venezuelan gangs that Chicago is not Colorado.
"Why are we putting up with Venezuelan illegals taking over apartment complexes? Why is this still an issue? Where is the National Guard?" pro-Trump activist Charlie Kirk posted on X. Elon Musk too shared a post on Chicago that said, "First they did this in Aurora, CO and now Chicago? Which city will be next? This invasion happened on Kamala's watch."
