Video: South Korea warns Pyongyang to stop sending waste-filled balloons

The South Korean military has sternly warned North Korea to stop sending balloons filled with waste after hundreds reportedly carrying animal feces, organic rubbish and batteries, floated across the border on Wednesday. Residents north of Seoul were told to stay indoors.
