Elon Musk's son X was seen picking his nose as his father was addressing the press in the presence of President Donald Trump.
Elon Musk made a rare appearance at the Oval Office Tuesday briefing the media about the stunning things that his Department of Government Efficiency discovered like how 150-year-olds are collecting Social Security from the government. It was a strange Oval Office press meeting as Donald Trump spoke less and Elon Musk was dominating it. His four-year-old son X was also there and rarely did he stand still -- he was seen disrupting his father's statement repeating the words initially and then he also approached the president and said something. Donald Trump once tried to silence him and failed. However, Trump had a forgiving smile every time he looked at X and also introduced him to the media -- though he needed no introduction as he is everywhere with Elon Musk --- as a high IQ child.
Was X picking his nose?
Social media users observed that X was his usual self -- unafraid of both the President and his father. As both of them were speaking. He continued his whispers and then picked his nose.
"Elon Musk's son knows opportunity when he sees it. He just went down in American history as the first kid to pick his nose and wipe it on the President's desk in the Oval Office," a social media user said.
Was Donald Trump annoyed?
CNN and MSNBC commentators said it was very odd for Elon Musk to take over the press conference. It was a jarring setting where Elon Musk was taking most of the questions and as Donald Trump was sitting, he had to look up to Elon who was physically dominating the room, a CNN commentator said adding that Trump seemed annoyed as Musk spoke for 20 minutes of the 32 minutes the presser went on.
MSNBC anchor Lawrence O'Donnell said Musk made Donald Trump the most powerless US president ever caught on camera. He said Musk spoke 3,666 words against Trump's 2,487. He pointed out that Donald Trump even looked away when X approached him saying something which he called unnatural to do to the son of your friend.
