White House condemns ‘racist’ taunting of Black protester in Mississippi

The White House says the behaviour of a student at the University of Mississippi taunting an anti-Gaza war protester was ‘undignified’ and ‘racist.’ The student, who was part of a large group of counter-protesters, was seen making monkey noises directed at a Black woman. He has been expelled from his fraternity.
